We will give you five free lost and stolen watch certificates you can use these certificates when you sell a watch to your client you can inform the person who has purchased the watch that the make, model and serial number are now registered with the lost and stolen watch register. So if there is ever an issue with the watch that they have purchased they can contact us and inform us that the watch has been lost or stolen and we can activate their account.

There are terms and conditions with this service.

The watch you are registering must have a receipt of purchase from where it originates so we know the watch’s authenticity.

By accepting the certificates you are agreeing that you can prove the watch’s authenticity and can produce a receipt from where the watch was purchased if requested from the Lost And Stolen Watch Register.

As a member, if you are a victim of any type of theft, fraud or burglary we have a part on our website which is called the Lost and Stolen Gallery, as a member you have access through the register to send us photographs of any items that have been stolen or lost with a brief description of what occurred accompanied with a crime reference number and we will then post the photographs on the lost and stolen gallery.

We welcome any information from any of our members relating to any criminality that your business has suffered from any type of theft, fraud or burglary. You can supply us with any photograph, cctv images or recordings of any incidents that you would like to share with The Lost and Stolen Watch Register. Our company is registered with the ICO and all information that you supply to us will be strictly confidential. We will share this information with other people in the watch and jewellery industry.

As a member of the lost and stolen watch register if any information comes to our attention regarding any lost or stolen watches and jewellery we will inform all members of this may be in form of an email, Instagram or Facebook or on our website.
